La liste des électeurs est publiée, mise en ligne et affichée dans les locaux de l'Institut quinze jours au moins avant la date fixée pour le scrutin.
Les réclamations relatives aux inscriptions ou omissions seront adressées par écrit au secrétariat général dans les huit jours qui suivent ladite publication. Elles seront examinées dans les deux jours francs.
