Pour les transports à l'importation, à l'exportation ou en transit, la S.N.C.F. peut mettre à tout moment en application immédiate des tarifs internationaux applicables sur le territoire de plusieurs réseaux, ou des tarifs inférieurs spécifiques. Ces tarifs sont élaborés et appliqués dans les conditions prescrites par la réglementation communautaire et les conventions internationales en vigueur. Ils sont communiqués au ministre chargé des transports.
