Abrogé
Au 1er décembre 2007, les grilles des salaires horaires minimaux professionnels garantis (en euros) sont revalorisées de :
+ 2,20 % au niveau de rémunération 200 ;
+ 2,20 % au niveau de rémunération 220 ;
+ 1,50 % au niveau de rémunération 400,
avec une évolution linéaire entre les niveaux de rémunération 200 et 220 et l'application de la formule y = ax + b entre les niveaux de rémunération 220 et 400.
Ces revalorisations au 1er décembre 2007 s'appliquent sur les grilles des salaires horaires minimaux professionnels garantis du 1er décembre 2006 et incluent les revalorisations provisionnelles intervenues au 1er juin 2007.
Ces revalorisations s'appliquent uniquement sur les minima conventionnels nationaux garantis.Article 2 (non en vigueur)

Les montants des indemnités et primes conventionnelles sont revalorisés sur la base d'une augmentation annuelle de + 2 % au 1er décembre 2007 :
L'indemnité compensatrice de panier est portée de 5,58 € à 5,69 €.
L'indemnité compensatrice d'équipement est portée :
― pour les skis et bâtons : de 36,28 € à 37,01 € ;
― pour les chaussures : de 15,39 € à 15,70 €.
La prime de langue étrangère est portée de 45,83 € à 46,75 €.Article 3 (non en vigueur)

(1) Avenant étendu sous réserve, d'une part, de l'application des dispositions de l'article L. 2241-9 du code du travail (anciennement article L. 132-12-3, alinéa 1) qui prévoient que la négociation annuelle sur les salaires vise également à définir et programmer les mesures permettant de supprimer les écarts de rémunération entre les femmes et les hommes avant le 31 décembre 2010 et, d'autre part, des dispositions réglementaires portant fixation du salaire minimum interprofessionnel de croissance.
