ISM Management Declaration Letter

En application du Code ISM, la compagnie ISM déclarée doit fournir ses coordonnées à l'administration.

Under the ISM Code, the declared Safety Management Company must provide contact information to the Administration.

Conformément à la section 1.1.2 du Code ISM, le terme " compagnie " désigne le propriétaire d'un navire ou toute autre organisation ou personne, telle que le gestionnaire ou l'affréteur coque nue, qui a assumé la responsabilité de l'exploitation du navire à la place du propriétaire et qui, en assumant cette responsabilité, a accepté de prendre en charge toutes les obligations et responsabilités imposées par le Code.

In accordance with Section 1.1.2 of the ISM Code, “Company” means the Owner of a ship or any other organization or person such as the Manager, or the Bareboat Charterer, who has assumed the responsibility for operation of the ship from the Shipowner and who on assuming such responsibility has agreed to take over all the duties and responsibility imposed by the Code

In accordance with Section 3.1 of the ISM Code, when the entity responsible for the operation of the ship is other than the owner of the ship, the full name and details of such entity are to be reported to the Administration.
